This was my first time ordering on the website, I usually order from tiktok but this experience has put me off. The items I received didn't add up to £60 (based on the RRP) and the reason I ordered this box was to receive a random selection from the product pool in the images on the bundle. I received one fluffy pancakes water spray, a donut bad bitch (not in the pool advertised) and a lip oil (not in the product pool advertised) emailed customer service and they weren't helpful at all. Tried to tell me the items were correct and that they added up to 'near £60' when the advertisement said guaranteed over £60. When I asked to be sent additional items to make up the box to what I expected to receive, or issue a replacement but they said no and told me to return it (which would have cost me £4) very disappointed with what I received and also disappointed with the customer service.
